Responsibilities include :

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers to solve problems in a proactive manner.
  • Great organization and communication skills are needed.
  • Passion for the Cheer & Dance Industry is a plus!
  • Will need to gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
