Return Policy

Every piece that GlitterStarz creates is made exclusively for you. As a custom manufacturer, we have a limited return policy.

If you do not understand something about the ordering process or aren't sure what sizes to choose, please contact your team stylist. We cannot accept returns on custom manufactured products that were ordered in an incorrect size.

GlitterStarz cannot be responsible for incorrect measuring of an athlete or sizes submitted incorrectly by the person placing the order. Please refer to our How To Measure page and review proper measuring of each athlete.

When your invoice is provided, you will also be required to sign off on your final sizes. Upon receiving that form back with invoice payment, all orders move into production and no size changes will be allowed.

We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged by improper care or use. example: damage from improper washing or slits or snags in fabric from nails, staples, etc.

*** For unforeseen incidents and unfortunate mistakes, upon sending in photos of the damaged items, GlitterStarz will cover 15% of the cost for new items as a courtesy.

Acceptable Returns

In the unlikely event that we manufacture a custom product and you feel we've made a mistake or the garment does not match the artwork you approved (incorrect logo, fabric color, stone placement, etc) please contact us immediately upon receiving your items.

YOU WILL HAVE 7 DAYS UPON RECEIVING YOUR ITEMS TO ADDRESS ANY ISSUE YOU DISCOVER

Please note: Due to many of our products being custom to individual teams—not all orders may qualify for a refund or exchange ; resolution of quality issues will be determined by the Manager’s discretion. Please be sure to save your invoice and order form, as this is a copy of your receipt and will be used in case of returns/exchanges.

Washing Instructions

Please see below for all custom products:

Hand wash separately in cold water.

Use mild detergent; No chlorine bleach

Do not run fabric together

Lay flat to dry;

Do not wring dry

Do not iron or dry clean

Do not use fabric softeners

Bright & dark colors may bleed

Please also refer to our product care guides which are shipped with every order, or are sewn directly into our products. This is to ensure the product is washed and cared for correctly.
